Product Update
We’re excited to announce the launch of our upgraded device installation application and installer job management platform. This update brings a range of enhancements, designed to provide a seamless user experience and streamline the installation process for our customers.
Key features of the new platform include:
- A revamped user interface based on Microsoft Blazor, offering a faster and more intuitive experience
- Job offer and acceptance functions for installers, simplifying the installation scheduling process
- New job booking states have been added (Requested, Offered, Booked, Accepted, Rescheduled, Stated, Complete, Cancelled)
- Automatic notifications are now sent to installers or customers as booking states update
