Manage Access
Optional key management is available to ensure only valid bookings have access to vehicle or equipment keys. Key management allows secure PIN access which is sent to the booking holder via SMS shortly before their booking commences.
Immobilisation can also be applied for access management. Shared assets can be immobilised remotely if they are used without a booking. Alternatively, an administrator can remotely disable an asset if customers are withholding payment for hired equipment.

Task Automation
From bookings, to key management, asset availability, maintenance management, lease and mileage conditions, and alerts or notifications, Pool Booking makes administration easier, faster and automatic. Users can directly manage their own bookings via the app. Bookings are automatically managed in a central, online calendar. Booking confirmation, reminders and alerts are automatically communicated. Delays or problems with bookings are automatically flagged if a booked asset is not returned on time or a problem with access is encountered.
