What is Immobilisation?
The immobilisation system renders the vehicle or asset immobile in a safe manner. It can be disabled on demand remotely and re-enabled over the network in a matter of seconds.
BENEFITS:
- Secure assets and machinery against theft or unauthorised use
- Ensure payment compliance for financed or hired vehicles and assets
- Safety conscious features ensure people’s health and safety is not put at risk
- GPS location and tracking ensures you know where your vehicle or asset is at all times

How Does It Work?
Device
A specialised tracking device is fitted to the asset or vehicle starter mechanism and can isolate the starter function.
Disable
A command can be sent via a website or mobile application to immobilise the asset’s start mechanism.
Re-enable
Another command can be sent via the website or mobile app to re-enable the asset starter capability.
Immobilisation will take effect after the last ignition-off event, preventing potential hazards when vehicles or assets are in use. Immobilisation can also be configured with a time delay or linked to a geofence (location) so that it only applies once the asset is in a safe, known location (such as repossessing a financed vehicle where the borrower has missed repeated payments).
