2. Entry Period
Promotion valid from 07/29 to 08/31 2025.
3. How to Enter
Complete the questionnaire and submit with all relevant contact informaiton.
Entry is limited to one per person.
5. Prize Details
One winner will receive a $500 gift prize in the form of a Visa prepaid card.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made.
6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 1, 2025.
Draw winner to be contacted via email.
7. Claiming the Prize
Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
Permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes may be requested.
