We are thrilled to announce a major upgrade to our User Interface (UI) at Blackhawk.io. After more than a year of dedicated work, we are in the final stages of this upgrade and will soon begin the rollout.

What to Expect

The new UI, built on the Blazor framework, is designed for modern web browsers on both desktop and mobile. Here are the key benefits:

Transition Details

We understand that changes can be challenging, so we are providing ample time and support for you to adapt. Here’s how we are managing the transition:

  • Dual Interfaces: The new UI will not replace the classic UI immediately. Both will be available concurrently, allowing you to switch back and forth as needed.
  • Phased Rollout: Starting mid-Q3 2024, the new UI will be introduced gradually over several months. We will provide detailed information and coordinate with you on the migration plan.
