New User Interface is Here
We’re thrilled to announce a major upgrade to your experience — our new and improved user interface will become the default UI on 31 October 2025 along with a refreshed, unified platform under the new name: NEEDME.com.
What you’ll notice:
- A modern interface designed for web and mobile
- Faster UI including faster loading times and actions
- Simplified menu making navigation easier and more intuitive
- Improved functions with more efficient access to the most used features
- Light and Dark modes for a personalized experience
- Drill-down navigation for faster access to insights
- Improved accessibility for users with vision impairment or light sensitivity with light and dark viewing modes
- Improved personalisation such as toggling data visibility in table columns
- A seamless app experience across desktop and mobile
Switching Made Simple
You can switch between the new default and classic interface to help with the transition — just go to your account settings and choose your preferred version. The classic UI will remain available until late 2025 (final date is TBD), after which it will be retired.
Introducing NEEDME.COM
As part of this update, we’re bringing together our existing tools — including Link, Collect, Machine Connect, Track, Security and Farm Angel — under one name: NEEDME.com.
This new platform name reflects our broader mission: Intelligent Operations. Not just tracking your assets — but helping you digitally transform operations, automate processes, and improve efficiency across the entire equipment lifecycle.
You’ll see the NEEDME.com brand on the platform, website, and mobile app, but don’t worry — your login, data, and services remain unchanged.
Mobile App Updates
You’ll also notice the refreshed interface in our mobile app. When prompted, simply update your app to start using the new design — now with full parity with the web platform.
Timeline to Keep in Mind
