PLATFORM:
Migration of our core platform to support the latest Entity Frameworks (extensible, open source, cross-platform database access technology). Adds performance and integration flexibility.
REPORTING:
Added support for Microsoft Power BI Embedded. Provides interactive data reporting and visualisation for business intelligence and decision support.
USER EXPERIENCE:
Added support for Microsoft Blazor web frameworks. Provides the foundation for a major User Interface (UI) refresh happening in 2023. Allows faster development of web and mobile applications in a fast and modern UI framework. Stay tuned for some exciting looking updates in 2023!
HARDWARE INSTALLATION:
Completed a major update of our installation tools including improvements to booking, workflow processing, and added support for multiple bookings. Best of all; our installation app is the first of our products to be migrated to the new Blazor UI framework!
QR TAGS:
Coming in 2023 will be a new product range of ruggedised QR tag solutions for assets, machinery, and industrial applications. The new QR tag range will feature asset-specific web-links to online forms, asset details and accessible customer experiences, such as asset booking, breakdown reporting, service booking and much more. We will be providing both off-the-shelf and custom branded options (minimum order quantities will apply) in a range of sizes and fitment options to suit whatever asset or application you have in mind.
